The difference is that a professionally prepared Will from a solicitor or will writer includes clauses to cover eventualities to allow your loved ones to be cared for.

Also included are instructions for signing the Will and an explanation of terminology. The signing or execution of the Will is extremely important and could render the Will invalid if not properly completed.

Totally FREE Living Wills
The Advance Directive or Living Will does not concern your money, just your wishes for medical attention in the event that you are not able to give instructions.
You can record your wishes and appoint someone to make decisions for you but that person cannot benefit from your death, otherwise they might be tempted to withhold treatment!
