FREE Enduring Power of Attorney Form
It is no longer possible to make Enduring Powers of Attorney in England & Wales and the Enduring Power of Attorney Forms are no longer available. Register Enduring Power of Attorney Forms with the Court of Protection at the Office of the Public Guardian. Registering of Enduring Powers of Attorney Forms is required at the onset of incapacity.
FREE Lasting Power of Attorney Form
Public Guardianship Office has published printable forms for the Lasting Powers of Attorney. The free Lasting Power of Attorney forms cannot be completed on-line.
The 'Lasting Power of Attorney for Property and Affairs' is 26 pages long whilst the 'Lasting Power of Attorney for Personal Welfare' is only 24 pages long!
